There are often many considerations when planning for a video shoot. It is always a good idea to plan ahead and not have to wait last minute. Some productions would be beneficial with a meeting or a site visit. 

Business Insurance

Another consideration for planning ahead is building and security clearance of your location shoot. Many buildings in New York City require outside vendors to provide proof of insurance. We typically travel with at least two bags of equipment.

Consult with your office manager and/or security with the building regarding this requirement so the crew can be on premise.
